Tau Cheong (Grade A)

Tau Cheong is made with naturally fermented soybeans which is brown in colour. Tau cheong gives thick umami taste that is great to be used in common Chinese cuisine. Our Tau Cheong comes in either grinded or non-grinded form to match our customer suitability.
