Taucu Cili

Taucu cili is made from fermented soybeans with the addition of chili and sesame oil which has a reddish-brown colour. TaucuCili gives thick umami taste with spiciness that perfectly fit for stir-fries seafood and meat cuisines.

  • 50 Grams / 克 Clean Water/ 清水
  • Ginger Floss/ 姜丝
  • 250 Grams / 克 Choon Fatt Taucu Cili / 全发麻辣豆酱

Instructions
  1. Pour in clean water into pot for heating. 将清水倒入锅内加热。
  2. Add in clams into the pot to cook. 把洗的洗干净的蛤蜊放入锅内焖熟。
  3. Add in TaucuCili then fry with the clams with strong heat. 加入麻辣豆酱后大火干炒至全熟。
  4. Off the fire and close the lid of the pot for 5 minutes. 关火后盖上盖子闷约5分钟即成。
  5. Ready to be served. 享用。
