Taucu Kacang Sepat

Taucu Kacang Sepat also known as ‘Doubanjiang’ in Chinese, is a spicy, salty paste made from fermented broad beans, salt, and various spices. Doubanjiang made in ChoonFatt contain chili peppers which contribute spiciness to the sauce. This sauce is normally used in stir-fried tofu dishes and it is suitable eaten with plain rice or noodles as a quick meal.
