Thick Soy Sauce (Grade AA,A,B,C)

Thick Soy Sauce contains natural sugar caramel and soy sauce so that it has a slightly sweet taste and is much darker and much thicker than thin soy sauce. Thick soy sauce imparts a rich amber brown color to food and is used for Chinese style “red-braised” stews and meats. Thick Soy Sauce is perfectly blended as a seasoning for rice and noodle dishes, soups, stews and stir fries. It is used to enhance the taste and color of your favorite dishes like steak, lamb chops or for mixing with other ingredients to make roast duck, roast lamb, and soy chicken recipes.

  • 6 Petal/ 瓣 Garlic(Fine)/ 蒜头(碎)
  • 10 Pieces/ 只 Prawn/ 虾
  • 100 Grams / 克 Bean Sprouts/ 豆芽
  • 500 Grams / 克 Noodles/ 面条
  • 1 Pieces/ 只 Red Chili / 红辣椒
  • 50-100 Grams / 克 Choon Fatt Premium Grade Thick Soya Sauce/ 全发顶级黑晒油/

Instructions
  1. Heat the pan then add in oil. 中火热锅后加入食油。
  2. Wait until smoke rise from the pan,fry the garlic till yellow and the prawn. 当锅内开始发烟时,油炸蒜头至金黄后放入虾儿。
  3. When the prawn begin to turn red, put in noodles and bean sprouts together. 当虾儿开始转红时,放入面条与豆芽。
  4. Fry until the noodles soften, pour in Choon Fatt Premium Grade Thick Soya Sauce and red chili and stir fry until the even. 当面条开始软化时,放入红辣椒并加入全发顶级黑晒油炒到均匀。
  5. Addition of soy sauce to make the fry noodles more palatable. 可以额外加入老抽酱油来调味至满意。
  6. Serve while its hot! 趁热享用。
