Vinegar

Vinegar is commonly used in food preparation, in particular in pickling processes or as an ingredients for flavouring dishes. It is also an ingredient in sauces such as mustard, ketchup, and mayonnaise. It is often used as a condiment. Marinades often contain vinegar which helps to enhance flavor, reduce unpleasant odour and boost appetite.
